Accuracy of Content

The Hat Store has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your monitor may mean a slight variation.

 

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £4.50 per order (UK mainland only).  If you require delivery to outside the UK please contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote. Please allow 3 working days for delivery.

 

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order

Please make sure the e-mail address you provide to us is correct and your mailbox is in proper working order. An order acknowledgement e-mail will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is merely an acknowledgement of your order and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by The Hat Store

 

Credit Card Payments

Card details are checked and verified by WorldPay via a secure SSL, and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

 

Cancellation Right

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt.

 

Any Problems

If you are dissatisfied in any way with you order please call 01754 899090 (lines open Mon – Fri 8am- 5pm) and we will deal with your complaint.

 

Returns Policy

You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following criteria:

All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

Goods must be returned to us fully packaged, with proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch notes), unused and in a re-saleable condition at your cost, we will then make the refund.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable in the event of an unwanted item being returned to us.

Your refund will be credited to your payment card within two weeks of you sending the item back to us.

 

Privacy Policy

The Hat Store takes your online security very seriously.

We are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act. We never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. We may hold your personal details in order to process your order and maintain your account.
